The town of Llanfair Caereinion in the heart of Mid Wales has been running a summer carnival for decades. It receives huge community support from the local pubs, businesses and families, who enter floats into the parade which wield their way through the streets of Llanfair.
It's then onto the carnival field for a variety of activities and entertainment for all to enjoy. Held on the 3rd Saturday of June each year, it really is an event not to be missed!
The Carnival is organised by the Llanfair Caereinion Carnival Group, representatives are:
